PARTY PACKAGES & BOOKING FORM

PACKAGE INCLUDES

2 HOURS WITH HOST & 30 MINUTES SET-UP/ PACK-DOWN TIME

$300

  • 10 guests, plus birthday girl/boy

  • 1x party host

  • Dance party/ disco music, party lights, and party games

EXTRAS

  • Each extra guest = $20

  • Set-up and clean up/ pack-down = $50

  • Themed decorations = $50

  • Extra party host = $40 per hr

  • Face painting (can only be booked when booking 2 or more party hosts) = $30

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Food, cake, candles, plates, cutlery, serviettes, cups, and tablecloths.

  • Balloons, theme-specific decorations, and games/piñatas.

  • 50% deposit (non-refundable) to be paid upon booking confirmation, with the remaining amount paid 7 days before the party.

  • Arrive 15 minutes before start time to approve set-up and add decorations, food, tablecloths, etc.

  • Stay 15 minutes at the completion of the party to clean up (remove all food rubbish, sweep food areas, and take bins to the skip bin).

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up of trestle tables and chairs in the designated eating area.

  • Basic party decorations and set-up of 'dance party/ disco room', including music, speaker, and basic party lights.

  • Leading party/ dance games.

  • Assistance with serving of food and cake.
